The integrator will consult with the customer to understand their welding needs and determine the best robotic solution.
ABAGY does not charge for this service. Click here to request a consultation This service is included in the price. We create a digital twin of your future robotic cell to simulate and verify its performance. ABAGY is compatible with nearly any robotic cell configuration (any number of axes dual robot arms, gantry systems, positioners, etc.)
The integrator will design a solution based on the customer's needs, taking into account factors such as part complexity, weld requirements, and cost.
ABAGY is compatible with major robotic and welding equipment (Fanuc, Kuka, Yaskawa, Kawasaki, Panasonic, Fronius, Esab, Lincoln, Miller, Lorch, etc.)
Most often, integrators cooperate with one brand of robots.
Robotic and welding equipment
With ABAGY, robotic programming is not required. We will get you up and running very quickly.
The integrator will program the robot using the teach pendant or offline systems. It’s time-consuming and expensive, and you may be reliant on their programming in the future.
ABAGY can install the robotic system too, either independently or with a partner integrator. This is a win-win outcome for all sides (for us, our partners, and our customers) by allowing us to install our solution faster and with less risk.
The integrator will install the robotic welding system, including all necessary components such as robots, controllers, and safety equipment.
Since there is no programming with ABAGY, the testing period is significantly reduced and the robotic weld cell can be put into operation much sooner.
The integrator will test the robotic welding system to ensure it is working properly and meets the customer's requirements.
Testing and Commissioning
Since there is no programming with ABAGY, the training period is significantly reduced. Any knowledgeable worker can easily control robots. You don't need programmers on staff.
The integrator will provide training on how to use and maintain the robotic welding system. Often companies have to hire and keep robot programmers on staff.
