Do you work with pre-engineered robotic cells?

Pre-engineered robotic cells are ready-made complexes from different OEMs. We think that this is a good option. First, usually, such cells have already been tested in many productions, so, their installation is easier and faster. Second, it is not required to purchase equipment for it from different suppliers; this is a complete set. Some of our OEM partners have such solutions. And we are happy to work with them, supplementing these configurations with our software and machine vision. But we are not limited to these solutions. In some cases, our customers need a custom cell, ABAGY software can work with any equipment and configurations.

Do you have an automation solution with a small footprint?

Installing a robot in tight spaces can be a challenge, but this is solvable. For example, the robotic cell with 1 robot and 1 positioner has a footprint of 11.4ft x 11.4ft x 10ft (3.5m x 3.5m x 3m) (LxWxH).

Can I start with a simple robotic cell and then upgrade it later with additional equipment - add a second robot or lengthen the track?

Yes, it is possible. We recommend you proceed in stages. Planning ahead for expansion can help avoid problems or unfavorable tradeoffs in future stages.

How can we integrate a welding robot into our production?
