Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of the workshops in Buffalo Grove (Chicago area) for manufacturing leaders, engineers, and decision-makers: covering robotics fundamentals, welding applications, programming, ROI/business case development, integration planning, and hands-on exercises.
Coach and train customer operators and technicians onsite: equipment setup, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and welding process configuration (basic knowledge with the assistance of our welding engineer).
Participate in curriculum development: create blended learning assets including micro-learning videos, instructor-led content, hands-on labs, case study exercises, technical job aids, and post-training reinforcement (spaced checks, follow-ups).

Capture feedback, deliver personalized next-step recommendations, and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials.

Required Qualifications
