How does ABAGY technology differ from traditional robotics?

In traditional robotics, robots are programmed for the production of each specific product separately. It takes time and money. The ABAGY solution is based on software that automatically creates a control program for the production of a specific product using its 3D model. Due to this, with ABAGY it is possible, while maintaining economic efficiency, to produce small batches and single copies of products.

Are there any restrictions on the quality of blanks with which the solution can work?

Due to the inclusion in the cell of the machine vision system and a variety of sensors, robots are able to adapt to the possible tolerances of the workpieces. At the same time, blanks must meet minimum accuracy criteria. Allowable deviations are set by the technologist of your enterprise on the basis of the standards adopted by you.

How do I load production tasks and control the process?

To manage the cell, the company has a personal account on the ABAGY online platform. Through it all control takes place: the creation of tasks, the loading of 3D models of products for production, the adjustment of parameters and the control of the result.
