How ABAGY technology differs from traditional robotics
In traditional robotics, robots are programmed to produce each individual product separately. This requires time and money. At the core of the ABAGY solution is a software that automatically creates a control program for the production of a particular product by using its 3D model. This neither requires time nor costs. Due to this software, as well as the adaptive configuration of robot cells, ABAGY maintains economic efficiency by producing small batches and unique samples of products.
Is it possible to produce different products on the ABAGY robot cell or only a standard set
The size of products that can be produced on one cell is limited only by their minimum and maximum dimensions. For the cell to work efficiently, when designing it, we consider the parameters of the products that will be produced on it, and configure the cell in such a way that it can produce most of them, as well as all products that fall within the specified range in terms of dimensions.
How is economic efficiency achieved? You state that the production of even 1 unit will be cheaper than it would be using manual labor. How is this possible?
Efficiency is achieved due to the fact that programming has been removed from the process, the software automatically generates control programs for robots requiring no additional Costs. And also due to the adaptability of the cells, i.e. in a given interval (for example, within 2 m3), it can weld / dye / assemble any products, requiring no additional equipment or reconfiguration.
What is the versatility of the robotic cells that you put? What can I produce with their help?
The cell is initially designed for a wide class and different dimensions, i.e. can produce all products that fit within certain parameters (say, weld all metal products up to 2 m3), while it does not need to be transformed.
How is reprogramming of robots done when the product is changed?
Our solution was created in order to remove programming from the production process. In order to produce a new product you just have to load its 3D CAD model, and the software will automatically generate a robot program for the model.
Are there any restrictions on the quality of work pieces with which the solution can work?
By incorporating computer vision and various sensors into the cell, the robots are able to adapt to the possible tolerances of the workpieces. At the same time, the workpieces must meet the minimum accuracy criteria. The tolerances for the entire length of the part after the adjustment are maximal: 2-4 mm; Allowances: 1-3 mm for small parts
Is it possible to see the plan of production before production begins? Do you want to change the assembly sequence? Do you want to change any technical parameters?
Yes. To manage the cell, the company has an account on the ABAGY online platform. Through it an employee of the enterprise manages the cell. Before the production of a new product, the employee sees a simulation of production, the order of assembly, technical parameters in the account. He can approve all these, and start production without changing anything, or make adjustments, after which the program will recalculate everything and ask for his approval.
Who and how the configuration of the cell, which ABAGY installs in my company, is determined?
After you provide all the information for calculating the cell (product list, their average parameters, production volume, 3D models of products, etc.), we will calculate the optimal cell configuration for your tasks.
How do you ensure the confidentiality and security of the data that I upload for the production?
Transfered and stored data on our servers is encrypted. Obligations to ensure the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of the working with Abagy are clearly prescribed in our agreement.
How do I load the production tasks into the robot cell and control the process?

Of what essence is the service model you offer?
We do not sell robots to companies, we set up a cell in the enterprise at our own expense, consisting of the latest generation equipment (robots, 3D scanners, all necessary equipment, tracks if necessary) and provide its maintenance and repair The user pays for the result of production by robots: length of a welded joint or area of the painted surface, depending on the production operation.
Can I buy robots for private ownership?
No. ABAGY is a service. In addition to the economic component, this is justified by technical features.
Can you provide me with the software license?
No, we offer a complete solution.
When and how do I make payments?
There is a payments section in the account of the enterprise's account where the cost of production of all products is recorded. At the end of each month you receive a payment invoice, including all payments for the previous month.
Under what conditions is it profitable to produce my products on ABAGY?
Production with ABAGY is advantageous if you produce small batches of various products at your enterprise, and your turnover is at least 100 million rubles a year.

What conditions are necessary in my workshop for the installation of the ABAGY cell?

Do I need to change my technological process to use ABAGY?
You do not need to change the technological process. ABAGY simply replaces manual labor with parts of the technological process. The same workpieces are used in manual labor as well as when production with ABAGY.
Do I need some of my employees on the site where the ABAGY cell works?
You need an employee who will upload the details to the cell (randomly put the necessary parts on the table) and take away the ready-made from the output platform

Does ABAGY control the working of the cell?

What happens if you incorrectly put work pieces from another product in the cell or just a part of the work pieces?
Technical vision integrated into the cell will determine that the work piece put does not correspond to the product whose production is started. The system will go into standby mode and report an error (warning light + notification in the account).
